Within our choices of central Barcelona apartments we can find the Gaudi I; an immaculate stylish flat that sleeps up to 4 people and is ideally located between three of the main Streets; Passeig de Gracia, Diagonal and Aragon.

Gaudi I is a stylish Barcelona apartment which contains; a master bedroom with one queen size bed, a living-room (with a sleeper sofa for two), a dining area with a dining table with four chairs, a full bathroom with hair dryer and a fully equipped separate kitchen with all new appliances including: a microwave, an oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, an iron and iron board, an electric coffee machine, a toaster, a washing machine and a drying machine.

There is a TV, a stereo with Radio-CD player, a DVD player and two large closets for storage. The total surface is 60sqm and it sleeps up to 4 people.

This immaculate and newly furnished one bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of a modernist Barcelona building from the beginning of the 20th century which has been entirely restored with a modern security system with interphone, an elevator and concierge service.

 Gaudi I is located on a sunny courtyard that keeps out traffic noise and has been remodelled to high standards with parquet floors, mouldings on the walls and ceilings, individual heating and air-conditioning systems and old world charm. This holiday apartment’s furnishings are all new, however, and very comfortable. The interior design is a nice blend between ancient atmosphere and new modern furniture.

The heating is by natural gas and you can choose the temperature and the air-conditioning units are controlled using a control panel, so adjusting temperature is as easy as pushing a button.

 Location & Area

This apartment for rent in Barcelona is ideally located in the heart of Barcelona' s Eixample district, the modernist architecture area for which Barcelona is so famous. This is the true centre of Barcelona, one can get almost everywhere in the city on foot from this location. The trendiest and most sophisticated avenue of the city - Paseo de Gracia, which is full of fashionable shops and restaurants- and Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia Cathedral are in this area. This offers guests easy access on foot to most of central Barcelona’s sites such as the Pedrera and the Batlló house.

There are also a number of stores such as markets, supermarkets, designer shops, boutiques as well as a number of outstanding Barcelona Tapas bars.

How to get to the apartment

To get to the apartment by public transportation from the Barcelona Airport "El Prat de Llobregat”: Train + Subway (C1+L5).Take the line C1of Renfe at the station AEROPORT (AIRPORT) and after 3 stops you must get off at SANTS ESTACIO. Take the blue line L5 of underground at this station and after 3 stops you must get off at DIAGONAL. In the Metro station there will be a map to see how to get to the carrer Mallorca / Bruc.
