This luminous holiday apartment has a dining-living room, very bright and modern, with large windows allowing an unusual amount of light to enter into the apartment. It is equipped with two double sofa-beds, TV and DVD player. The kitchen, very colourful and contemporary is integrated in the living room and it is totally equipped. There’s also an interior patio with access from the kitchen. It has one bathroom with a large walk-in shower and fresh towels for your use.
There is one lovely double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and also an open space connected to the entrance area with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.

The total surface of this exclusive vacation flat is 80sqm in which a maximum of six people can sleep.

It is located on the third floor of a renovated building where you can find five other apartments for rent: Cassiopeia, Aquarius, Cygnus, Geminis and Aries.

Location and area

This is one of our Palma de Majorca apartments located on a quiet street just off St. Miquel Street, one of Palma's main shopping streets which leads into the centre square called Plaça Mayor. From here one can stroll into the intricate maze of small streets and discover the various boutiques and bars that give such a nice feeling to Palma’s centre. This holiday apartment is also relatively close to the main Alexandre Rosselló Avenue.

Aquarius apartment is great for those who need to be near the bus and train station in Plaça Espanya, from where the airport shuttle and the Soller train leave.
